Who We Are
Established in 1954, Pennsylvania Municipal Service Company (PAMS) is one of the oldest tax and fee administrators in the state. We handle the billing of local taxes and utility service fees, collect and remit payments to taxing and municipal authorities, and maintain fastidious records for every facet of our business. We serve residents and businesses of our communities, as well as municipalities and school districts.
PAMS makes collecting and paying taxes and municipal service fees as painless as possible. A state-of-the-art computer system streamlines our procedures, speeding up payment and refund processing. We offer the option of online payments plus downloadable forms and instructions.
