It's now fast and easy to pay and/or view/receive your bills online.

Pennsylvania Municipal Service Co. is excited to offer residents an easy and secure way to view, print, pay and receive their utility bills online. We support electronic presentment (viewing) and billing because it is more convenient for our customers and better for the environment.

We now offer Earned Income Tax, EIT, filing and paying online for Employer and Individual taxpayers. When filing and/or paying online, please use the instructions that accompany the website.
Please note online system restriction: Individuals filing/paying Earned Income Taxes can only do so online if PAMS collects for both the school district and the municipality.
