A LOCAL PARTNERSHIP
Through local offices, we really get to know our clients and their individual communities. You'll receive prompt, hands-on attention from staff members that are familiar with your accounts. We are available to meet with you regularly to review reports, answer questions, maintain and update tax rolls, and to discuss budgets and any additional services needed.
DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
Each year, delinquent taxes cost municipalities and school districts thousands of dollars. In many cases, tax rates have to be raised to offset this lost income and balance budgets.
We can help you avoid all of that. Delinquent accounts receive our staff's personal attention. First, we identify and locate your delinquent taxes, cross-checking with existing databases. And, when appropriate, we can initiate all pertinent Act 511 delinquency procedures. We send computerized mailings of Notice and Demand Statements, Wage Attachments, and District Justice Hearings, to the full extent of the law. In addition to sewage utilities, termination of water service can be applied.
Not every tax company will actually take the time and follow through with all of these actions. We will.
And, while we are indeed aggressive in our collection of delinquent taxes, we are also sensitive to your image in the community. We'll handle each case firmly and fairly.
COMPUTERIZED ACCURACY & SECURITY
The PA.M.S. computer system features an in-house database system that accurately keeps track of all client records. These records are secure and are backed up on a daily basis. We also maintain a vast database of taxing authorities and taxpayers that we continually update to enhance our collections processes.
Our PA.M.S. Customized Software generates comprehensive, easy-to-understand reports. The reports detail all taxes collected, any delinquent taxes, and the penalties and interest paid on those delinquent taxes. The reports show where you are capturing your tax dollars.
CONFIDENTIALITY & COMPENSATION
All of our clients are assured complete confidentiality of any and all tax records. For our services, we are typically compensated by a commission. So, our performance is directly related to our compensation. You'll always get our very best efforts.
